On Port Elizabeth’s rapidly expanding western fringe, work is well underway on the second phase of the suburb of Westbrook. Buyers and investors can now look forward to the introduction of a further 36 designer family homes.

On completion, Van Schaik says Westbrook will comprise nine secure residential estates and, at the heart of this new 21st century suburb, the 160 000sqm Westbrook Town Square will provide shops, restaurants and essential services, along with offices and medical facilities, all within easy reach.

He says the first phase of Westbrook’s The Ridge estate has already sold out, a testament to developer Amdec’s ability to deliver high quality infrastructure and services.

These qualities are coupled with the group’s strong foundation and proven results across ground-up developments, mixed-use precincts, premium office developments and strategic redevelopment initiatives.
